Welcome to the Cottage at Lake Jeff. Located in the beautiful town of Jeffersonville, New York.  

Jeffersonville is located in the scenic Catskill Mountains, jut two hours north-west of New York City .  

Lake Jefferson is a private, 44 acre, non-motor lake. Our guests enjoy swimming, fishing, and row boating from the private dock located on the property.  Panoramic views of the lake from every room in the cottage, make this charming 4 bedroom 2 bath home a truly spectacular destination. 

While you may feel as though you are many miles from civilization, you are in fact,  less then one  mile from the quaint village of Jeffersonville.  Jeffersonville is a delightful little hamlet in the Western-most part of Sullivan County known best for it's shops, restaurants,  and country charm.

The Cottage on Lake Jefferson was completely renovated in 2004. The owners spared no expense when it came to updating this charming cottage. The four bedroom, two bath home sleeps up to nine guests comfortably. This striking lakefront property features plenty of outdoor space with landscaped terraces leading down from the cottage to the lake. Over 1000 feet of local blue stone was used throughout the property creating a feeling of rustic elegance.

Only electric motors are permitted on Lake Jeff, allowing for a peaceful and inviting setting for you and your guests. With 100 feet of private lakefront property just downstairs from the cottage, guests enjoy use of the dock, row boat and swim platform. Oh and the fishing is incredible!

The cottage at lake Jeff comfortably sleeps anywhere from two guests up to 9 guests in it's four bedrooms:

Third floor Bunk Room: Three full size log style bed

Second floor Master bedroom: One king size bed

Second floor Queen bedroom: One queen size bed and one single bed

First floor bedroom: One single bed

While there are enough beds to accommodate nine guests, the cottage is the perfect romantic getaway for two.
